- Organizational Support: set up and maintain filing system for personal, financial, insurance, and medical records; sort/review mail; maintain communication with authorized family members and/or representatives
- Estate Administration: support the personal representative and attorney in efficiently handling all tasks involved in estate administration, including: compiling and organizing accounts, assets, insurance policies, and debt information for attorney; tracking calls; paperwork and correspondence
- Small Business: Bookkeeping; coaching/mentoring on administrative setup and development (HR needs, benefits, workspace setup, organization & maintenance of files/storage, etc.); special projects
- Other Services: coordinate and track charitable contributions; catalog all collectibles/valuables/assets and coordinate appraisals; home maintenance and service scheduling; organize and facilitate pick-up of items for donation or disposal; other special projects or errands, as needed
